Building on the shoulders of the partnership aiming at rehabilitating existing treatment plants, the sludge partnership will take over, where the other stops: Increasing the utilisation of sludge from the wastewater plant and work with increasing degradability to produce more biogas and to develop systems to handle the final sludge. It is also the intention to develop systems that can utilise the final sludge as fertilizer or other uses.

The  companies, DWF, The Danish Embassy in India and the Danish Min. Environment are members of the partnership and we are seeking additional members.

The companies involved are: Danish EPA, EnviDan, Grontmij, Krüger, Orbicon, Ramboll, Vandcenter Syd, Viborg Municipality and WTC.
