The WATEC Group is dedicated to research in groundwater resource mapping. Focus is on airborne and ground based geophysical methods for informing hydrological models on the detailed hydrogeological structures. The research centers on instrumentation, high performance computing algorithms, and field and implementation methodologies for transient electromagnetics, magnetic resonance sounding, and induced polarization. The group works nationally as well as internationally on large mapping projects. |
